    Because no two catastrophes are alike, WPS is continually preparing and adapting our proactive foreground solution to the unique events and situations that develop on the ground. In order to meet the strict requirements of our clients we ensure that our pre-emptive dynamic toolset is ready and functioning at a moments notice:

  • Skilled adjusters experienced for the job at hand ­-­ available for immediate deployment.
  • Resources available to support our adjusters and proper training in the technical systems used.
  • Logistical support that ensures all resources deployed arrive at the proper time and location.
  • Managerial expertise coordinating the proper adaptive solution to the challenges that arise
  • We keep a watchful eye on current and pending weather conditions to ensure that our teams of senior First Response Groups (FRGS) are prepared and ready to arrive at location within 24 hours of strike after confirmed request from our client. We ensure that follow up resources are available in reserve and are available for dispatch within 24-48 hours. No matter the size and duration of the catastrophe, our scalable strategy and logistics management enable us to serve our clients' exact needs.

    Our adjuster teams are chosen based on their experience and skill for the specific task at hand. We offer unsurpassed bilingual services to meet the service requirements of a diverse marketplace. Currently, 25% of our adjuster force is fluent in Spanish.We are able to handle all aspects of a claim in Spanish, including professional translation and letter writing.
