As demographics in North America shift and the population becomes increasingly diverse we have positioned ourselves to handle the changing service requirements of our clients. WPS is committed to being the leader in bilingual claims services. We ensure that our teams are staffed adequately with bilingual adjusters and our in-house capabilities allow us to handle all aspects of a claim in Spanish, including professional translation and letter writing.
